Super Natal!
Here we have an interesting sample of Microsoft’s upcoming Xbox 360 add-on, Project Natal. The sampling was spotted on an episode of Smallville. Check out the post on Engadget to see a clip of the episode.
Seeing the character on the show flailing around like a maniac makes me not want to play Project Natal if it means that I will feel like I ran a marathon once I am done. That’s way worse than the Wii is!

I really hope that is NOT how most games will utilize Natal.
I find Natal old news. It's an updated of the Playstation EyeToy that was around the mid-PS2 generation, It was pretty big in Europe, never took-off here though. I had one, while living in germany, gotta say I loved it. But the hype for this being so high is really pushing me away from it. It's not revolutionary, just has more attention and funding than the EyeToy did. I'm happy with owning a Wii and a PS3 who is getting Playstation Eye games worth buying soon (example: eyePet). The motion controllers should be a nice addition, too. I guess there will be more exclusives for each console than ever.

I agree with you, after seeing the clip it does look a lot like an EyeToy game which isn't all that impressive. What I am waiting for is to be able to play Medal of Honor and load the gun using just hand motions and no controller, that is when the hype will be justified. Until then, I think I will pass.
